Donation to McMaster

Last Wednesday [April 19, 2017] Bill Schwarz donated his 3rd significant work of art [“It Takes a Village …”] to the McMaster University Faculty of Health Sciences, for its new downtown Hamilton facility, the David Braley Health Sciences Centre at 100 Main Street West, Hamilton, Ontario, designed by the prestigious Toronto architectural firm, NORR.

Bill is proud that “It Takes a Village …”, which was awarded the 2015 Certificate of Merit Award by the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Waterloo, Ontario, has a home in this outstanding $84.6 million 192,000 square foot building.

For those of you who haven’t seen Bill recently, he is NOT the handsome, tall, striking person on the right! That person is Dr. David Price, Chair of Family Medicine for the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster.
